Taxact won't let me file
WebI had just finished and was ready to file, it then started 'saving' and was still saving ** minutes later like it was stuck, so I thought i could close out and then return to where I left off to get it finished. WebI'm having the same problem doing my Son's taxes. It is trying to make me upgrade from FREE to Deluxe for a $4 savers credit. It won't let me file online (only print and mail). I'm online using my account (since I paid and used the deluxe) just to ask the question. I will let you know what I find out.
