WebWhen I launch a new game, everything runs smooth for a bit. But after a few minutes, the stutter begins and the framerate drops. I tried updating drivers and closing background tasks but to no avail. My PC is not a beast but it gets other games running without a problem. I get more than 60 FPS on Escape from Tarkov, no problem. WebSpecs: NVIDIA 2060 Super, Ryzen 7 3700x, 32GB RAM. A friend had the same issue with AMD Ryzen 7 3700x and a RTX 3070. Running a CPU-Z multithreaded stress test with half the threads selected while playing MW2 stops the stuttering. He found the temporary "solution" from this video:
