WebIf your using docker plex without the decode wrapper, then you're probably CPU limited (using nvidia-smi would tell you for sure). Hopefully they add native linux nvdec support in the future. I would absolutely give emby a try. In general the ffmpeg build that emby uses handles high-bit rate files alot better than plex.
