WebIt’s annoying enough that I discontinued using Bing altogether. I just found this from a Bing search about this issue. I tried turning off search suggestions and it fixed it. I still get suggestions in the address bar as I search, which is generally where I search initially, so it’s not too much of a hassle for me.
